Well I finally changed Felicity and Addy out of their winter outfits into Felicity's birthday dress (w/o the apron and with her summer lacy cap) and Addy's work dress and I noticed how sad Lissie's little curls look. I made the mistake of brushing them when I was little and now they are limp and frizzy. How do you fix them?

I found a great way to fix them, and it's really easy. Get a pen, maybe one with a grip. Take the frizzy curl, and wrap it around the gripped part of the pen so it stays. After 2 or 3 minutes of holding it here, carefully pull the pen out, and the curls should be neat again! Hope this helps!

To keep them looking good, wet them slightly every couple of weeks or every time you change her outfit and hold the curl in place for a few minutes. That keeps it from getting quite so frizzy.

If they're in really bad shape, wet them, curl them and then bobby-pin them down until they're dry.

Grapedy, when you pin them down, are they curled around something or just tightly curled up? I struggle with curling irons on my own hair, let alone a doll's tiny little curls Thank God long straight hair never goes outta style, huh?

I hope that you didn't use a curling iron! The wig hair on these dolls is essentially plastic, so using any kind of dry heat from metal will make it frizz and melt worse. You can use steam heat, though, as long as it comes from an all-plastic steamer (no irons, please--too much metal). What I have done that seemed to work well was to make a small curl and pin it with people bobby pins and then steam it. Don't use doll bobby pins, because they seem to be coated with some kind of varnish that melts when steamed, making a sticky mess--I know about that the hard way.
